We handle vendor negotiations, program flow, entertainment, and venue logistics—including permits, floor plans, and transportation. Our team of eight on-site coordinators ensures smooth operations from ingress to egress. Post-event, we provide full endorsements and monitor deliverables. This package is ideal for clients who want a stress-free experience with every detail expertly handled.
Ideal for businesses that need impactful visuals, this package includes a fully customized stage backdrop (20ft long x 8ft high), a balloon garland, and themed fillers. You’ll also get a couch or similar seating, mock-up layouts, a letter standee with your company name, and an LED juice bar. The entrance is designed with an 8ft-high customized arch and optional side panels with 2D elements. For tables, we provide 10–20 themed centerpieces, numbered table tags, and round arrangements. Ceiling decor includes chandeliers, cloth drapings, and balloon or 2D hanging elements. Please note: additional charges may apply for venues over 250sqm, and trusses or scaffolding are not included.
